At ‘Cleaning Fairies’ we pride ourselves on personal service which means we cater for your requirements.  Rather than charge you an hourly rate and allocate you so many hours, we give you one price for the whole job, which means we should never leave your cleaning incomplete.  We agree a schedule and a price and that will be what you get!

We aim to give personal attention to our client's requirements. We do not we do and don't do, we cater around the client - THAT'S YOU!! We aim to achieve 100% satisfaction 100% of the time.

All our staff have been carefully selected and reference checked. They are trained and fully insured.

Together we arrange a day on which your house will be cleaned and unless we mutually arrange otherwise, this is the day on which our staff will visit your home. We aim for you to have the same member of staff each week, however should there be a variation due to holidays we will endeavor to insure we send someone who knows your home requirements. This is to ensure continuity of our reliable service.

We will hold only 1 set of your house keys which will be kept safe at all times, they will be collected from and returned to the key holder each day.

We come fully equipped with our own vacuum, mop & feather duster etc so you don't need to worry about your personal equipment. However we don't supply the cleaning products as you may have particular products you whish to be used.
