Terms & Conditions


All bookings for 'Cleaning Fairies' services are made on these Terms & Conditions.


Payment

Payment must be made on completion of the service. We ask that customers leave payment in envelopes which will be supplied to you to save hassle of posting etc. Regular customers may set up a standing order if they whish.


Use of Customers Equipment
Our Staff are instructed not to use any of your personal equipment whilst in your home.

Cancellation / Non Delivery of Service

Housework regular cleaning is set at a lower cost than one off cleans on the basis that at least 4 cleans will be provided. Cancellation of cleans will be charged at 50% where less than 24hrs notice is given. If we arrive at your home on the day arranged and are unable to clean through no fault of our own you will be charged 50% of the cost of the clean.

Should you whish to terminate our services we ask that you give us 2 weeks notice.


Damage to / Loss of property

In the event of damage or losses as a result of negligence, the liability of Cleaning Fairies shall be limited to the repair or replacement cost of the item.
